CCS invited to EXPO Biogaz in Lille

CCS invited to EXPO Biogaz in Lille

The government in France is very concerned with the topic of fermentation. They aim to replace all natural gas with biogas by 2050. In addition, all trucks will need to switch to Bio-CNG. Great aims, which explains the large demand for digester installations and gas upgrading systems. CCS Energie-advies has been invited by the Dutch embassy to travel to France and join them at a large scale exposition.

The Dutch embassy has reserved a stand at the EXPO Biogaz on the 12th and 13th of June in Lille. CCS Energie-advies has been invited to showcase her small scale fermentation technology. A great honour and most valuable for us to participate. Our expectation is that our technology may very well be wanted in France, due to the many mid sized farms with 100-120 pieces of cattle.

In addition to our fermentation technology, CCS and Greenmac will present the Bio-UP. The Bio-UP system is used to upgrade biogas to the quality of natural gas. This system is different to other technologies due to the use of amine washing liquid, instead of the standard membrane technology. The benefits are the lower use of energy and the increased efficiency, because of which the methane emissions can be seen as none existant.

Byosis and Genap BV will also be joing the Holland Stand together with CCS and Greenmac. Genap produces foilconstruction (manuresotrage, ponds, covers etc.) and Byosis has developed a system to turn nitrogen from manure into chemical fertilizer. A technique also used in large scale manure processing systems.
